Food Safety Manager (M/F)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Food Safety Manager who will be responsible for ensuring food safety and maintaining quality standards within our organization.

As a Food Safety Manager you will:

• Advising on QA regulations in connection with commercial interests;
• Supervising audits of certification bodies;
• Develop, explain and propagate policy proposals within and outside the organization;
• Have decision-making authority in the QA area, for example in the case of process deviations, document control and customer complaint handling;
• Leading a team of 3 FTE

What are you bringing?

• Completed HBO education preferably in Agri/Horti business or equivalent education;
• Knowledge of quality management systems (including BRC, IFS, Skal);
• Connector and networker;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Command of Dutch and English in speech and writing. German and/or Spanish is an advantage
• Driving license (B) and willingness to travel (optional)
