What you'll do

As a we would like you to join our Customer Experience Product Family, to help create the best mobile app & web experience for our million+ customers. You will help our customers from the moment they start on-boarding after signing up for an Energy contract with Eneco. You will also help them stay on top of every detail about their energy consumption, and compliment that with a smooth self-service experience. To be able to achieve that goal, you will partner with colleagues from tech, design, data, operations and customer service.

Is this about you?

• 2-3 years of experience

• Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving

• Data-driven decision making

• Strong verbal and written communication

• High sense of ownership

You'll be responsible for

• Experience in mobile and desktop products.

• Demonstrable experience in devising and selling your own vision for the products you have been responsible for.

• A good technical understanding/ability to communicate with technical and design/UX teams to lead everyone to deliver the best possible products.

• A user centric approach to product development, leading your teams to focus on the genuine end user need above the views of internal stakeholders.

This is where you'll work

As a you will work along side more experience product managers in CX on finding ways to improve the app and website experience for enenergy customers with the goal of increasing app adoption, self-service, and reduce customer service contacts
